Teak slats are 1-3/8" wide x 1/2" thick and are joined to the 1-1/4" - square stainless steel frame with countersunk marine-grade stainless steel screws.
All support components are manufactured of 18-gauge stainless steel (wall flanges 10-gauge).
Constant friction wall-mounted bracket guides the "U1"-shaped legs freely up and down, resulting in a low-pressure constant spring action to raise and lower the seat.
Seat is automatically held in a raised position by a stainless cross member attached to the front and rear support legs.

Teak Bath Mat
MTI's genuine teak bath mat combines beauty with practicality. Can be used outside the tub or shower to provide a slip-resistant surface when exiting. Slats are 1-1/2" wide x 1/2" thick and are permanently joined to 2" wide x 1" thick support frame with glue and countersunk marine-grade stainless steel screws. Can also be used in front of sink vanity as a functional accent piece. Coordinates beautifully with MTI’s teak shower tray and other teak bathroom accessories.
