La Torre Warranty & Returns
Returns
La Torre will only take back items produced in Chrome or Brushed Nickel for any other reason than product or material defect. All other special order finishes are not returnable unless deemed defective after inspection.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Residential: For all products installed in a Residential Application (permanent Residence) to the original owner / purchaser, La Torre S.p.A warrants that their products are free from Mechanical defect in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
Finish Warranty: Limited lifetime coverage for Chrome finished products and 3 years for all other finished products with the exception of Tuscan Bronze, Inca Brass and Gold. Inca Brass and Gold carry a 1 year finish warranty.
