Jason Whirlpool Warranty
Designer and forma™ Collection Whirlpool, AirMasseur™, Air-Whirlpool and Soaking baths, if installed in a residence, are provided with a limited 7-year warranty on the shell. When the bath is installed in a commercial application, there is a limited 1-year warranty on the shell. The factory-installed bath plumbing, pump, air blower, heater and electrical controls are under warranty for 36 months from date of manufacture or 24 months from date of installation, whichever occurs first. A full explanation of Jason product warranties are provided with the products’ Owner’s Manual packet.
